As the bungalow is detached, and on the corner (right next to the playing field), there is a good breeze that comes through the house when the windows are open.
The property has undergone a recent refurb - new tiling, new bathroom tiles, every room has been repainted inside, and the house itself outside has been repainted. The house is wired to British standard - with 3 pin plugs. Please bring your adapter plugs if you use 2-pin american plugs. Wifi is available throughout.
