Welcome to one of the 2 bedroom beachfront villa at the Hamilton Beach Villas and Spa in Nevis. These apartments are located right on the pristine white sands of Pinney's beach and offer guests fantastic views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Located on the picturesque West Coast of Nevis, guests can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and island life at its best.
These newly built units are located on the 2nd, and 3rd floor and give stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Sister island St Kitts in the background. The villas are perfect for a family vacation to Nevis and offer wonderful living right on the beach. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, and we can organise a chef to prepare a delicious meal for you. Dining out is made easy with the wonderful Yachtsman’s Grill restaurant on site. At the moment, the restaurant is open six days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hours seasonally change, and it is closed on Tuesdays at the moment.
There are a host of other fine restaurants locally such as Mango’s, Bananas and Golden Rock Inn.
The units here are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans throughout. The villa features wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening out onto a spacious tiled veranda where you can enjoy wonderful views. The Condos are beautifully furnished and kept the highest standard. The kitchens feature elegant granite counter tops and fully fitted with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
There are two bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds and matching furniture. The excellent WiFi is complimentary. There is a formal dining area inside along with a fully furnished rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Here you also have seating for six guests along with a Jacuzzi and bar. Guests can also enjoy a splendid view of the incredible Nevis Peak from the rear deck.
Located on over 6 acres of prime beachfront property guests can spend the day swimming in the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea and relax on the beach or by the pool. Take your time to explore Nevis by walking, cycling or driving the island. There are many wonderful little restaurants up and down the beach to be explored.

Staff
Guests will be well looked after by the friendly staff. The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa offers a fully staffed office, with maintenance, landscaping services, housekeeping services and 24-hour security. Each of the units includes daily housekeeping service.
