Built on the lower slopes of Nevis mountain, in a very quiet development with no passing traffic, the villa benefits from a wonderful breeze at all times.
The villa offers 2 bedrooms all ensuite with air conditioning, each situated at each side of the great room. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has direct access to the front verandah to enjoy the light and the view at the early hours of the day.
The great room includes a very well-equipped kitchen, an inside dining area and a comfortable sitting area with sofa and deep rattan chairs to enjoy the entertainment center with Smart TV (Apple airplay compatible), Firestick and DVD player.
The best feature of the villa is certainly the front Verandah, entirely screened and facing the pool, which includes a dining table with glass top, a breakfast table and a seating area with large chairs and ottomans to enjoy a drink at sunset. The pool decking with its lounge chairs and coffee corner is perfect to relax, sunbath or enjoy a morning coffee or light lunch.
