Located on Wheelock Parkway and centrally located to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With over 2000 square feet, this home is perfect for families, group trips and professionals. This house feels very spacious with a huge kitchen, formal dining room, living room, sun room and large family room. The back yard is fenced in and has a nice patio with table, chairs and a Blackstone grill. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. Easy access to many attractions in the area. State Fair grounds, US Bank Stadium, Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field, The Ordway Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater and all Universities. Multiple restaraunts, bars and pubs are near by. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. We provide a starter set of paper towels and toilet paper.
