Nearby you can park freely, in the Runa park and climb downtown through the portal of France. The best way to get around the entire old town is to walk, there are buses, bicycle rentals and taxis.
You can park for free on Vuelta de Aranzadi street and go up to the Portal de Francia or park on Calle del Río Arga and go up to the old town by the elevator, this option is a little further.
