The Villa sits on a large flat plot with spanish style gardens including mature trees and flowering plants, and a well screened 8m x 4m swimming pool with shower. To the rear of the plot is parking for 3/4 cars. There are also two collapsible bikes available to explore the immediate surroundings. The patio area is equipped with a BBQ, patio loungers, and a large table seating 6 for outdoor dining. Umbrellas are also provided for your use.

To the south is the lively resort of Calpe. In addition, the many attractions surrounding Benidorm (35 minutes' drive or by train from neaby Teulada) are within easy reach.
