De KoeBelle is gelegen in Proven, deelgemeente van Poperinge. We zijn gelegen op één kilometer van Watou en op 5 kilometer van de Franse grens. We bieden jullie een thuishaven midden in de West-Vlaamse hoppevelden. Op vraag geven we graag tips over de ruime omgeving van de Westhoek, zowel op culinair, sportief als cultureel vlak.
In de KoeBelle komen jullie terecht op een actief landbouwbedrijf met (melk-)koeien. We wonen naast de logies maar staan garant voor wederzijdse privacy. We geven jullie graag op vraag een rondleiding. Er is mogelijks geur- en lawaaihinder. Huisdieren kunnen we niet toelaten omwille van onze eigen dieren, die ook graag verwend worden.
In onze recent stijlvol, gerenoveerde vakantiewoning ontvangen we graag families en vrienden tot 6 personen. Op vraag zetten kan er een babybedje bijgezet worden. Luidruchtige feestjes horen niet thuis op onze boerderij.
Bij aankomst via een aparte oprijlaan én met verwelkoming van onze neerhofdieren, begint voor jullie het vakantieverhaal in de KoeBelle.
Via een buitentrap (sleutelkastje met code) kom je binnen in de leefruimte op het eerste verdiep met een open en volledig uitgeruste keuken. Naast de ruime eettafel is er een gezellige zitruimte met smart-TV en een kast met gezelschapspelletjes. De leefruimte loopt door naar een zonnig terras met zicht op Frankrijk.
Via de binnentrap gaan we naar het gelijkvloers waar we 3 slaapkamers hebben met elk een eigen lavabo. Verder zijn er 2 badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten. Via de gelijkvloerse nachthal kunnen we ook weer naar buiten richting ruime tuin en privéparking.
Huisregels:
Er is een waarborg van 200 EUR die per overschrijving dient betaald te worden. Deze waarborg wordt terugbetaald binnen de 14 dagen na vertrek mits geen schade. Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten, drinkpartijen in dit huis is ten strengste verboden.
