One of the major differences between our accommodation and a conventional hotel is that we do not operate a reception. We work with a fully automated electronic access system. You will receive an access code, which must be confirmed with #. With this code you can open 3 doors: the main entrance door, the door to your apartment and the waste room. Since our system is fully automated, we cannot offer “early check-ins” nor “late check-outs”. Please note that your electronic access code is valid from 15:00 o’clock on the day of arrival and no longer valid after 11:00 o’clock on the day of departure. The apartment booked by you will be provided clean. During your stay it will not be cleaned. Bed linen and towels will not be changed during the duration of your stay. Of course, we can change bed linen and towels upon your request for an additional charge. Likewise, we can also clean the apartment booked by you for a surcharge. In addition, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items are located on the ground floor and are at your disposal any time so that you can clean the apartment yourself. There, you will also find an iron and ironing board, in case you would like to iron your clothes. Upon your arrival, you will find our basic package in your apartment consisting of 2 coffee Martello tabs (also available at Hofer supermarket), washing shampoo, 1 garbage bag per bin, 2 rolls of toilet paper, salt and pepper as well as 1 dishwasher tab. Anything beyond that you are welcome to purchase by yourself in any supermarket which are within walking distance from your apartment. Our bright apartments in a newly renovated house are located in the recreation area Schönbrunn. Our apartments are between 35m² and 68m² in size, the balconies or terraces are between 5m² and 25m² in size. Both the old town of Vienna and many sights in and around Vienna can be reached in a few minutes by subway, the next station is only 50 meters away. Schönbrunn Palace is reached by subway within two stops. Vienna Schwechat Airport and Meidlinger Station are also easily accessible.
