Summary: After upgrading me to what they said was an exclusive ocean front suite on the fifth floor, we could not get hot water all weekend. When I called to get assistance, it took the maintenance people over three hours to arrive. Then three people arrived together, to ultimately tell my wife and me that our room was located too far from the water heater (which makes me wonder why they would have put us in that room if they knew the water heater could not heat the water in that room).
