With two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms inside the main house and 1 bedroom and living area in the studio, sleeping 10 in total, there’s plenty of room for families or groups to spread out and unwind. After a day of exploring, retreat to the sunny, north-east facing pergola for a BBQ or quiet drink under the stars. The private, fully fenced backyard is great for kids to play safely or to store your boat/jet-skis or simply to relax in your own little pocket of peace.
Please note, the main house sleeps 6 and the Studio sleeps 4, however both bathrooms are under the main roof of the house. The owners are working on having a bathroom put into the studio.
Year-round comfort is guaranteed with split-system heating and cooling in both the house and the studio.

SECURITY NOTE: Please note that this property is fitted with external CCTV/security cameras for the safety and security of guests, owners, and the property. Cameras are positioned in outdoor/common access areas only and are not monitored in any private guest spaces. No cameras are located inside the home or in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms.

Please Note:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made ($15.00 per bed) please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.
