## Space
Situated on the Right Bank of Rouen, this charming house is easily accessible by car or public transport and is the ideal place if you’d like to explore the region whilst enjoying a holiday home with a swimming pool in Normandy.
The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall and a cosy living room. Upstairs, where you’ll be spending most of your time, you can enjoy views over the city, a light-filled living room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. There are two bedrooms on this floor, featuring one 180x200 bed and one 140x190cm bed. A shower room completes this floor. The whole house is fitted with roller shutters for your comfort.
Outside, relax in the swimming pool (6 m x 1.82 m), ideal for cooling off or swimming a few lengths. An outdoor shower and garden furniture are also available for you to make the most of the sunny days. Available only during the summer, this fully equipped house is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Rouen.
Bed linen and household linen are provided within the accommodation for your comfort. The property is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be contacted 7 days a week from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 21.00. We would be grateful if you could take care of the property and respect both the premises and the neighbourhood. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm). In the flat, all our guests are provided with bed linen, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, etc.), as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat for each bathroom. A welcome kit containing a kitchen bin bag, a bathroom bin bag, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. Please note that the owners live right next door to the house and can assist very quickly should the need arise.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, changing of bed linen/towels, restocking of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
