Whether your dream holiday is playing golf on the 18-hole golf course that surrounds our villa, chilling out in the music equipped garden pavilion or watching your children playing in the heated private pool, our house is your perfect choice.
The house is on a plot of almost 2,000m2 and the large garden has been completely renovated with a large sun-deck and extensive areas of green. There is a 10m x 5m heated pool and an aluminium pavilion with a roof which can be opened electrically, and a heating system for the cooler evenings. The pavilion has sofas and chairs for chilling out and a large teak wood dining table for dining al fresco. There is a new, large outdoor shower and a separate outdoor toilet. The garden is filled with exotic trees and flowers.
The villa has a very large and bright living room with a separate sitting area, dining area and TV area, all furnished with brand new furniture. The whole area receives sunlight from a beautiful skylight in the middle of the room and large sliding glass doors that open onto the terrace. There is a second living room on the lower floor with an adjoining terrace.
The main living room, dining room, garden and terrace all have direct, unobstructed views onto the 9th hole of the Maspalomas golf course.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave/grill, a Nespresso coffee machine and a large American fridge-freezer. There is a Weber barbeque available for guests to use in the garden.
There is a dedicated clothes drying terrace with a new Bosch washing machine behind the kitchen.
The entrance to the house has an electric gate and a brand new, paved driveway with space to park 4 cars.
The principal rooms of the house all have high ceilings with ceiling fans and marble floors. The doors, windows and built-in cupboards are all made of exotic hardwoods.
There are two swings and a trampoline for children in the garden, a hammock large enough for 2 adults and seats and sunbeds around the pool for 10 people.
There is an office with a desk and a colour printer and wifi coverage on the ground floor and around the pool.
The bedrooms are laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
One double master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with a jacuzzi bath and a separate large shower), a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace.
One large double bedroom and one large twin bedroom sharing a large double bathroom with a bath and large shower.
Lower Floor:
One large double bedroom with a dedicated bathroom with a bath/shower.
One large, independent double/triple bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

You will have access to all areas of the house and garden.
Interaction with Guests
Our property manager will meet you upon your arrival and show you around the house. They will be on call throughout your stay to answer your questions.
Other Things to Note
The villa is fully stocked with bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels.
We will provide you with fresh pool towels every 4 days on request and we will change the bedlinen and bath towels every 7 days.
Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.
The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am – early check-in and late check-out may be available on request.
The Neighbourhood
Our house is located on a quiet road in the middle of the Maspalomas Golf Course which adjoins the dunes of the 6km long Mapalomas beach. The 5 star hotels and upscale dining of Meloneras are 5 minutes away by car. El Salobre and Meloneras golf courses are within a 10 minute drive and Anfi Tauro and El Cortijo golf course are within 30 minutes drive.
There is a water park, tennis centre, funfair, bird park, botanical gardens, camel riding, horse riding and other attractions all within 10 minutes drive from the house.
For the days when you prefer not to cook at the villa, the club house at the golf course serves an excellent breakfast and lunch and there are dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute drive of the house. A list of our favourite restaurants is in the house.
Getting Around
The drive from the airport to the house takes around 20 minutes and most of the journey is on a motorway. A taxi from the airport costs around €50 and there are also airport buses which stop within a 5 minute taxi ride of the house. If you rent a car then there is secure parking for up to 4 cars at the house and if you do not have a car then taxis are available to move around the area and buses for the longer journeys to Las Palmas, the capital of Gran canaria, and the airport.
