Over 1,700 square feet of inside living space fully equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances, BBQ and all new furnishings. Keurig Coffee maker, Nespresso machine and french press for the coffee lovers. Wine/coffee bar with beverage fridge, and SONOS speakers throughout. There are 2 outdoor areas for your enjoyment (rooftop patio and courtyard area).
The 3rd floor includes 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and memory foam mattresses along with a 4 piece bathroom and full laundry room with Full size washer and dryer.
Working from home? There are 2 office spaces with desks, monitors and keyboards/mouse to catch up on work (along with high speed internet). Just plug in your laptop!
