The picturesque walking trails around Oknö, Lövö and Timmernabben are ideal for exploring the region’s varied natural landscape on foot. In Timmernabben, it’s well worth visiting the local fish smokehouse and restaurant, which is renowned for its salmon and other regional specialities.

From there, the bridge leads to the popular island of Öland, which delights visitors with its beautiful natural surroundings, varied attractions, good restaurants and inviting beaches. Families can enjoy a fun-filled day at Astrid Lindgren’s World in Vimmerby or at one of the region’s moose parks.
